Dr. Olutoyin Olaitan
Founder & CEO
Dr. Olutoyin Olaitan is the Founder and CEO of Scream and the visionary behind one of Africa’s most intentional safe spaces for women. She holds a PhD in Information Systems from the University of Fort Hare, South Africa, and an MBA from Federal University of Technology, Akure, Nigeria. she combines academic rigour with a deeply personal mission - to ensure that no woman has to walk through life’s hardest moments alone. Dr. Olaitan understands the weight that professional women silently carry. Her own journey through a defining personal challenge and the community of women who helped her through it became the seed that grew into Scream. She built what she once needed: a sanctuary where women are met with community, compassion and unwavering support.
Seun Afolayan
Counsellor · Relationship Coach
Seun Afolayan is a seasoned counsellor, relationship coach and speaker with over two decades of experience helping individuals heal, grow and build stronger, more fulfilling relationships. He is a trusted voice in trauma recovery, marital enrichment, emotional intelligence, personal growth and purposeful living. Whether you are healing from a toxic relationship, navigating marital challenges, or trying to understand patterns that keep showing up in your relationships, Seun creates a space where you feel genuinely heard before anything else. His approach blends deep emotional attunement with practical, structured tools, so sessions are never just about talking; they are about moving forward. Seun holds an MBA from Lagos Business School and is a licensed relationship coach under the Institute of Family Engineering and Development (IFED).
Olabisi Ibitayo
Life Coach · Family Specialist
Olabisi Ibitayo is a certified life coach, family specialist, seasoned educator and public speaker with a mission to help women recognize and step into their innate potential. Her work is rooted in personal responsibility, relational health and faith-anchored growth. Olabisi is particularly well-suited for women navigating questions of identity, purpose and personal growth, women who know something is missing but struggle to name it, or who are ready to move forward but need structure, inspiration and accountability to do so. She is also a strong match for women seeking support in family and relational dynamics, including parenting and marriage. Her approach is warm, direct and empowering. Sessions blend coaching tools with practical wisdom drawn from her decades of experience working with women across corporate, faith-based and community settings. Olabisi holds a Master's degree in Adult Education Management from the University of Lagos and a Certificate in Leadership Principles from Harvard Business School. She is a certified life coach, behavioural coach, and Christian counsellor from the International Institute of Faith-Based Counselling in Texas.
Ayo Lawrence
Coach · Family Specialist
Ayo Lawrence is a Master Practitioner of Family Systems Engineering, Certified Addictions and Mental Health Practitioner, Certified Life Coach, NLP Practitioner, Cognitive Behavioural Therapist and Certified Emotional Intelligence Practitioner. She also holds certification as a Family Mediator from the International Mediation Campus in Germany. With over two decades of experience spanning individual therapy, family counselling, addiction recovery, and workplace wellbeing, Ayo brings a rare breadth of expertise. She works with women navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship breakdown, identity loss and life transitions and is equally skilled at holding space for women who are not yet sure what they need but know they need something. Ayo's approach is both clinically rigorous and deeply human. She uses CBT, NLP and emotional intelligence frameworks to help clients move from survival mode into genuine healing and wholeness. Her faith-integrated perspective is available for clients who value it, while remaining fully accessible to women who do not.
