Dr. Olutoyin Olaitan
Founder & CEO
Dr. Olutoyin Olaitan is the Founder and CEO of Scream and the visionary behind one of Africa’s most intentional safe spaces for women. She holds a PhD in Information Systems from the University of Fort Hare, South Africa, and an MBA from Federal University of Technology, Akure, Nigeria. she combines academic rigour with a deeply personal mission - to ensure that no woman has to walk through life’s hardest moments alone. Dr. Olaitan understands the weight that professional women silently carry. Her own journey through a defining personal challenge and the community of women who helped her through it became the seed that grew into Scream. She built what she once needed: a sanctuary where women are met with community, compassion and unwavering support.
Seun Afolayan
Counsellor
Seun Afolayan is a seasoned counselor, coach and speaker with over two decades of practical experience helping women heal, grow and build stronger, more fulfilling relationships. Over the years, he has become a trusted voice in the areas of trauma recovery, marital enrichment, emotional intelligence, personal growth and purposeful living. He holds an MBA from the prestigious Lagos Business School. He is a licensed relationship coach under Institute of Family Engineering and Development (IFED).
